Summer is Cooler with CORUS - Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Barbados aged 18 years or older.

Employees of CORUS Beverages, Capital Media HD, affiliated retailers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

By entering, participants confirm they are of legal drinking age.

2. How to Enter

Participants may enter through one of the following methods:

a) Retail Entry:
Purchase a 4-pack or single can of CORUS Sparkling Rum Punch from a participating retail store.

Scan the QR code on the in-store signage to access the entry form.

Complete the form with your full name, email, phone number, and the name of the store where the purchase was made.

Optional: Upload a photo of your receipt for validation and bonus entry.

b) Radio Listener & Social Media Entry:
Tune in to Capital FM 99.3 and listen for the “Summer is Cooler with CORUS” on-air prompt, as part of the “I Love Crop Over” campaign.

Once heard, visit the campaign link or scan the campaign QR code to access the online entry form.

Complete the form with your name, contact details, and the time you heard the on-air prompt.

Bonus Entries (Optional):

Follow and tag @jointhecorus and @capitalfmbarbados on Instagram.

Post your “coolest Crop Over moment” on Instagram and tag both accounts using the hashtags:
#CoolerWithCorus and #ILoveCropOver.

Each valid tag or story mention will count as one additional entry.

3. Entry Limits

One main entry per person.

Multiple bonus entries allowed through social media engagement as described above.

4. Winner Selection

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on August 31, 2025.

Winners will be contacted via phone or email and must respond within 3 business days to claim their prize.

If a winner is unreachable, unresponsive, or ineligible, a new winner may be selected.

5. Prize Details

Each winner will receive:

One (1) custom CORUS-branded mini fridge.

One (1) year’s supply of CORUS Sparkling Rum Punch (equivalent to one 4-pack per week for 52 weeks, totaling 208 cans).

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be provided.

6. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and/or voice for promotional purposes related to the competition, including but not limited to social media, radio, and digital campaigns, without additional compensation.

7. Data Use

Personal information collected through the entry form will be used solely for the administration of the contest and will not be shared with third parties unless consent is expressly provided.

8. General Conditions

CORUS Beverages reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition or its terms at any time without prior notice.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding.
